6-Minute Core Workout: Strengthen & Reduce Back Pain

Fitness trainer Jay Maryniak has created a quick yet effective core workout. This six-minute AMRAP session targets multiple abdominal muscles, reducing back pain, enhancing posture, and lowering injury risk.

The workout, dubbed the 'Three-Movement Workout', consists of Muay Thai knees, bicycle crunches, and leg raises. These exercises target the rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis, and obliques. To maximise results, maintain a steady pace throughout the six-minute timer without breaks. Focus on form and increase time under tension for added challenge.

Incorporating this workout into exercise plans strengthens mid-body muscles, improves balance, and reduces lower back pain. It's an efficient way to enhance core strength in just six minutes.
