Renowned falconer Stefan Noll is set to return to the Otter Centre Hankensbüttel on July 19th and 20th, promising a weekend filled with bird displays and educational opportunities.

Located in the heart of Hankensbüttel, the Otter Centre Hankensbüttel is a nature experience centre that invites visitors to 'Experience nature. Feel it. Marvel at it.' According to Timo Gefeller, project manager for innovation and marketing at the Verein Aktion Fischotterschutz, this motto encapsulates the centre's commitment to connecting people with the wonders of the natural world.

The spring market at the Otter Centre Hankensbüttel broke a visitor record, and this falconer's visit is a follow-up to his successful flight show at the event. Visitors can expect to see a variety of birds of prey and owls, all of which are accustomed to human interaction.

The falconer's flight show, scheduled for 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM, will feature a desert buzzard. Stefan Noll, who hails from Hankensbüttel, explains that all the birds and owls he keeps were rescued from critical situations and raised by hand.

The falconer will be available for questions, selfies, and photos with the birds of prey from 9:30 AM. There are no additional costs for the flight show during the weekend visit to the Otter Centre for visitors, who only need to pay the usual entrance fees for the centre.

The visit is supported by the Verein Aktion Fischotterschutz, a nature conservation association, which sees value in such events for education, community engagement, and conservation efforts. While concerns about animal welfare in captivity are valid, the association believes that Noll's work aligns with its goals and that his facilities and practices meet high standards of animal care.
