Bicicli Unites Mobility Concepts in Berlin Mitte Expansion
Bicicli, a specialist in urban mobility concepts since 2016, has expanded its presence in Berlin Mitte, Quartier 205. The company, now spanning 800 square meters across four locations, unites bicycle sales, bike-sharing, and mobility consulting under one roof. This move is part of Bicicli's 'Mond' project, a partner of the EU-funded European Institute for Innovation & Technology in urban mobility since 2024.
Bicicli's new location serves as a hub for promoting climate-neutral mobility and reducing car traffic, as envisioned by CEO Prof. Dr. Stephan A. Jansen. The space, totalling 800 square meters, houses a partnership model with bicycle brands such as Schindelhauer, Vello, Tout Terrain, and Urwahn, showcasing their products.
The company aims to demonstrate the breadth of modern urban mobility in practical use, rather than just selling products. Bicicli bundles its three core areas - bicycle sales with workshop, leasing business, and urban development and mobility consulting 'Mond' - to cover the entire chain of consulting, procurement, to maintenance. This focus allows Bicicli to concentrate on corporate mobility and multimodal concepts.
With the expansion, Bicicli demonstrates how inner cities can be revitalized through connected craftsmanship, mobility solutions, and new retail formats. The company's partnership with the EU-funded European Institute for Innovation & Technology in urban mobility further strengthens its commitment to driving innovation in sustainable urban mobility.
