Bremen's Hulsberg district development unfolds: a seminar on land available for construction associations
On June 4, 2024, an exciting information event is scheduled to take place at Friedenskirche, Humboldtstr. 175/177, Bremen. This event will shed light on the allocation of building land for new shared apartments in the Neue Hulsberg settlement. The program, running from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, will include a presentation by the Bremen Living Projects Network and an introduction to the New Hulsberg Quarter and the land allocation process by the Senator for Building, Mobility, and Urban Development, Özlem Ünsal, and the Klinikum Bremen-Mitte Ground Development Company (GEG).
Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions about the quarter and express interest in a building community during a discussion with representatives of existing building communities and the City of Bremen. Registration for this event is not required.
The New Hulsberg Quarter is being constructed in the Eastern Suburb, on the redeveloped site of Klinikum-Mitte. From 8 pm, participants can get their first impressions of the New Hulsberg Quarter, with various stations in the quarter offering expert and knowledgeable contacts. These stations are located five minutes from the Friedenskirche in the New Hulsberg Quarter.
Interestingly, this event marks the first in a series of three events. The next event in the series will take place on September 2, 2024, also at the Friedenskirche, although no information about registration for this event has been provided as of now.
For those who are unable to attend the June event, the Press Office of the Building Department has provided an image source for reference.
Stay tuned for more updates on the New Hulsberg Quarter and the upcoming events!
