In the heart of a small village, the Zhussupbaev family stands as a shining example of diligence, unity, and prosperity. Known for their strong family bond and nurturing environment, the Zhussupbaevs have raised six children together, three of whom are their biological children, and the other three were adopted from an orphanage.

At the helm of this loving family is the family patriarch, who works as a janitor and school watchman, while Zura, his wife, is a teacher. Despite initial hopes to move to the city with her husband, Zura found herself rooted in her native village, as her husband had no intention of leaving his homeland.

The family's home, a large house they built over seven years with the help of fellow villagers, Esen's brothers, relatives, and friends, serves not just as a symbol of material success but also as a welcoming home filled with warmth and joy. The house, though still with some unfinished work, is a testament to the family's hard work and perseverance.

The Zhussupbaevs have instilled strong values of perseverance, education, and kindness in their children, encouraging them to pursue their goals with determination. This commitment has led to numerous achievements by family members in various fields, bringing respect and admiration from the entire village.

Three years ago, they took in nine-year-old Lyuba from an orphanage. Today, Lyuba, now fluent in Kazakh, has become more open and can read 150 words per minute. Jansaya, another adopted child, who was taken in before the pandemic, has had her strabismus corrected.

The family's eldest son, Ilyas, is a university student, while their 21-year-old son, Aman, is also a university student in Pavlodar. Their 17-year-old daughter, Saniya, has just graduated from a school for gifted girls. Yerassyl, their 14-year-old son, has just started 8th grade. Erassyl, one of the biological children, always helps his dad in his janitorial duties.

In a touching display of unity, Aman has started a social media page, proudly claiming his Karazhar identity. Zura is considering taking in another child from the orphanage, demonstrating the family's unwavering commitment to helping those in need.

The nationality of their future child doesn't matter to the Zhussupbaev family, as they continue to open their hearts and home to those in need. Despite the challenges they have faced, the Zhussupbaevs remain a beacon of hope and inspiration in their village, showcasing how strong family values combined with effort and mutual support can lead to happiness and a meaningful life.

In a heartwarming gesture, Zura initially felt embarrassed to apply for guardianship and patronage allowances for the children but was encouraged by Bagdat Kaldybekovna, the head doctor of the children's home. The family took a year and a half to apply for the allowance, but their persistence paid off, providing much-needed support for their growing family.

In the Zhussupbaev family, there's one rule: Mom is always right. This rule, combined with their strong values and mutual support, has helped the family navigate life's challenges and find success together. The Zhussupbaevs' story serves as an inspiration to others in their village, demonstrating that with hard work, perseverance, and a strong family bond, anything is possible.

I, living amidst the thriving home-and-garden lifestyle of the Zhussupbaev family, have witnessed firsthand their unwavering dedication to nurturing their adopted children, instilling in them the values of perseverance, education, and kindness. The Zhussupbaev home, a testament to their hard work and perseverance, serves not only as a symbol of material success but also as a welcoming oasis filled with warmth and joy.
