Bulgari Resort & Mansions Bodrum: A Luxury Haven on Turkey's Iconic Coast

The Bulgari Resort & Mansions Bodrum, a stunning luxury residential and resort complex, is now taking shape on a pristine 60-hectare peninsula between two bays of the Bodrum coast in Turkey [1]. This exclusive development, spanning 68 hectares of terraced Mediterranean gardens, will feature 101 Bulgari-branded seafront and hillside mansions, each designed to blend discreetly into the natural landscape [1][3].

The mansions, ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms, offer a blend of Mediterranean sophistication and contemporary luxury. The first unveiled mansion showcases a dramatic double-height living area, floor-to-ceiling windows, a grand dining space with an open kitchen by Molteni&C | Dada Engineered, private fitness room equipped with Technogym gear, and a massage room [1]. Outdoor spaces boast a striking 16-meter infinity pool, a lounge with a fireplace, and a dining area ideal for entertaining [1].

Interiors feature iconic Italian design furnishings from Maxalto, B&B Italia, Flexform, and lighting from Flos and FontanaArte, emphasizing quality and refined luxury [1]. Carpets by Altai and a curated selection of Turkish contemporary artworks by talents like Mübin Orhon and Ergin İnan are also featured [1]. The mansions are being sold unfurnished.

The development aims to foster a safe, sophisticated, and sustainable international community, reflecting Bulgari’s vision of contemporary elegance and refined living [1]. Sustainability is a key focus, with the use of native plants, reclaimed local rock for retaining walls, overhanging green roofs for thermal insulation, electric shuttles, bicycles, and pedestrian pathways to encourage eco-friendly mobility [3].

Mansion owners gain access to the Bulgari Resort Bodrum's amenities, including Japanese and Mediterranean restaurants, beachfront dining at La Spiaggia, and the iconic Bulgari Bar. Two private beach clubs exclusive to residents, access to the resort’s state-of-the-art Technogym and Spa facilities, award-winning food and beverage venues, and a sizable kids' club are additional perks [3].

The first complete residence in the Bulgari Resort & Mansions Bodrum complex is a six-bedroom home, designed by Antonio Citterio of Milan-based architectural firm ACPV Architects. Bespoke property management service is provided to mansion owners. The seafront home was designed to showcase a commitment to sustainability via the use of natural materials like sandstone and Denizli travertine [1].

Expressions of interest for the mansions, which range from about 9,100 square feet to more than 30,000 square feet, are now being accepted. Prices for the mansions range from €20 to €60 million ($23.5 to $70.4 million) for three- to six-bedroom accommodations [1].

The coastal city of Bodrum, Turkey, is a popular holiday destination for stars like Mick Jagger and Tom Hanks. Known for its turquoise waters, ancient ruins, lively nightlife, and options for putting down roots, including charming courtyard houses and elaborate villas, Bodrum offers an ideal setting for the Bulgari Resort & Mansions Bodrum [1].
