Community Invited to Shape Future of 'Schaferweg' Playground

The Department of Parks & Recreation|Forestry|Cemeteries and the Family Office are inviting all local residents to a community meeting on Wednesday, September 24. The event, which will take place at the 'Schaferweg' math playground on the Flammberg in Huesten, aims to gather ideas and wishes for the redesign of the playground. The meeting will start at 4 PM and is open to children, parents, grandparents, and anyone interested in contributing to the project.

The local municipality or city council has tasked the Department of Parks & Recreation|Forestry|Cemeteries with the responsibility of redesigning the 'Schaferweg' math playground. The first step in this process is the upcoming meeting, where participants will have the opportunity to share their ideas and wishes for the new design. These contributions will then be used to create a concrete plan for the redesign, which will be presented at a second on-site meeting.

The 'Participation Project' initiative, which the Wednesday event falls under, encourages active involvement from the community in the design process. This approach ensures that the math playground caters to the needs and preferences of its users. Regardless of the weather, the event will take place as scheduled.

The 'Schaferweg' math playground on the Flammberg in Huesten is set for a redesign, with the community invited to play a significant role in shaping its future. The first meeting on Wednesday, September 24, at 4 PM, is the starting point for this collaborative process. The Department of Parks & Recreation|Forestry|Cemeteries looks forward to hearing from and working with the community to create a math playground that everyone can enjoy.
