Construction ongoing for new shopping center M Park Titan in Bucharest
In the heart of Bucharest, a new retail destination is taking shape. Square 7, part of the M Core group, is constructing the M Park Titan project, positioning it as a benchmark for proximity retail in the city[1][2][4].
M Park Titan is designed to cater to urban consumers' needs, offering a variety of well-known brands and essential services. These include Animax for pet products, BeFit Gym for fitness enthusiasts, Deichmann for footwear, dm drogerie markt for drugstore needs, Dr. Max for pharmacy requirements, Esenta Plant for natural products, Flanco for electronics, JYSK for home goods, KFC for fast food, Las Vegas Games for gaming, Mesopotamia for dining, Pepco for discount retail, Sinsay for fashion, Tedi for discount variety items, and Worldbox for entertainment and gaming[1].
The project also integrates sustainable features, aligning with modern green building certifications and M Core’s ESG commitments. Electric vehicle charging stations from Eldrive Romania are part of the development, making it more environmentally friendly[1][5].
M Park Titan is set to open its doors in December 2025, covering approximately 8,500 square meters of retail space[1]. The construction began in May 2025 on a 3.2-hectare plot that was acquired by the M Core group in April 2025.
The M Core group, with approximately 600 employees across Europe, manages over 1,050 assets across the UK, France, Poland, Romania, Germany, and Spain[3]. The group's portfolio is valued at over EUR 7 billion, and it consists of four property investment and management companies: LCP, Sheet Anchor, Proudreed, and Sheet Anchor Evolve[3].
