Customer Refused Payment After Fence Upgrade, Aftermath Sparks Approval Due to Revenge Taken
Painter's Fury: What Happens When a Customer Refuses to Pay
Ever found yourself fuming over a shoddy job or unhappy with a service? Well, buckle up, because this story will leave you certain that karma's a bitch!
A spray painter and decorator recently shared his experience with an ungrateful customer on TikTok, and it's causing quite a stir. This tackle-'em-head-on laborer went the extra mile to deliver a dose of justice to his client who refused to pay after a lovely fence upgrade.
The tradesman admitted that his client wasn't pleased with the black fence paint job and, as a consequence, withheld payment from the man, who works for Finishing Touch Sprayers. The worker clearly had enough and decided to take revenge, giving his followers a sneak peek at the customer's black fence.
"Can't pay, we'll take it away," the man said, much to TikTok's approval. Having had his payment denied, he used a pressure washer to remove the black paint and, surprise-surprise, the golden brown tones of the fence reappeared. "Took our paint back because [the] customer wouldn't pay," he confirmed with a mischievous smirk on his face.
Ever wondered what you would do in the same situation? Well, he asked his followers, "What would you do? Would you do the same?" The video, posted under the username @finishing.touch.s, has already garnered 123,000 views, 1,059 likes, and 341 comments in just a day.
Many netizens were left gaping in horror at the original paint job. Some even claimed that it looked better after the worker removed the shoddy paint job. A third comment read, "You didn't do a good job so...looks better after you removed the shoddy paint job!"

Debating whether a garden fence can be as high as 100m? Think again. Most importantly, you'll need planning permission for any fence taller than 2m. However, fences under 2m do not require planning permission. If circumstances call for a fence over 2m, you'll need to obtain a permit for any accompanying trellis or growing plant that exceeds the same height.
