Dethleffs Unveils Globetrail 600 DR Performance: Luxury Campervan on VW Crafter
Dethleffs introduces the Globetrail 600 DR Performance (2024), a high-end comfort campervan based on the VW Crafter. Priced from 83,999 euros, it offers a spacious and well-equipped interior.
The Globetrail 600 DR Performance boasts a generous living area with fabric coverings in felt optics on the walls, enhancing both room climate and soundproofing. The kitchen is fully equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, ample storage, and a 90-liter refrigerator with a 7-liter freezer compartment. The rear bed area provides an exceptionally large sleeping space of 2.00 x 1.40 m, which can be converted into a large storage space when not in use.
The campervan is built on a VW Crafter base vehicle, powered by a 2.0L turbo diesel engine offering 163 hp (120 kW), with an optional 140 hp (103 kW) engine available. It features an eight-speed automatic transmission and has a permitted total mass of 3500 kg. The Globetrail 600 DR Performance offers approved seats for up to four people and sleeping places for up to three campers. The innovative bathroom offers plenty of space and privacy, with a fold-away washbasin and a level shower.
