Discovering Ways to Discontinue Involvement with a Ouija Board

The Ouija board, a tool used for spirit communication, can be an intriguing yet potentially risky addition to any home. To ensure safer and clearer spiritual communication, it's crucial to properly cleanse and store the board after each use.

Firstly, smudge the board with incense or sage to purify it energetically. This traditional method, known as smudging, is effective in removing unwanted spirits or negative energy.

Next, wipe down the board with black salt, a substance believed to absorb negative energies and provide further protection.

After cleansing, you may choose to charge the board under moonlight to restore positive energy. This step is optional but can help maintain a positive aura around the board.

To maintain its cleansed state and shield it from unwanted influences, store the board in a protective cloth bag or box, ideally with a bit of black salt or a protective crystal nearby.

It's important to avoid leaving the board exposed or storing it casually, as it can attract or retain negative energy from the environment or prior users. Regular cleansing after use is recommended if you plan to use the board multiple times.

When burying the Ouija board, keep the board and the planchette separated. Some claim that once a connection with the spirit world is made through the Ouija board, it can never be undone, and your fate is bound to the other side.

One demon often associated with the Ouija board is Zozo. It's advised to be cautious during sessions, as some claim that Zozo may be invoked and may attempt to escape by moving the planchette forwards or backwards through every letter or number.

To properly end a session, ensure the planchette hits "Goodbye". This is considered significant and helps to sever the connection with any spirits. If the planchette refuses to spell "Goodbye", force it to do so yourself, making it clear that you no longer wish to speak with the spirit.

Lastly, never burn the Ouija board, as it is said that doing so would mean you'd be haunted forever. If you'd like to get rid of the board entirely, bury it in the ground (some recommend cutting it up into seven pieces before doing so, some don't). Sprinkle the ground above with Holy Water, and also use some to cleanse the area where you used the board.

By following these steps, you can help neutralize residual energies from previous sessions or from outside sources, ensuring safer and clearer spiritual communication in future use. Happy exploring!

Incorporating a home-and-garden approach, consider storing the Ouija board in a decorated protective cloth bag or box to maintain its cleansed state and shield it from unwanted influences. Furthermore, to enhance the positive energy surrounding the board, place a protective crystal or a small pot of black salt inside the storage container, blending spiritual practices with home organization.
