Display of photographs at the taverns

The District Library Duisburg-Homberg-Hochheide is hosting a unique photographic exhibition titled "Welcome!", running until the end of October. This exhibition features a captivating collection of photographs, taken over a period of 20 years, that depict drinking halls, kiosks, water houses, or other affectionate names, primarily in Duisburg and other cities such as the Ruhr area, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Bonn, and during travels.

The library, located at Ehrenstraße, 2047198 Duisburg, is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:30, and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00. However, the exact opening hours of the exhibition during November and December weekends are not publicly available at this time.

What makes this exhibition particularly special is that most of the photographs were taken in Duisburg, showcasing the city's unique charm and character. The photographs, free for all to view, will be on display during the library's usual opening hours.

Whether you're a local or a visitor, this exhibition offers a fascinating glimpse into the history and culture of Duisburg and the surrounding areas. Don't miss out on this opportunity to immerse yourself in the captivating world of photography at the District Library Duisburg-Homberg-Hochheide.
