Eißendorfer School Kicks Off Holidays With Festive Caroling Event

Eißendorfer Elementary School kicked off the Christmas holidays with a festive caroling event. Around 650 students, accompanied by parents and musicians, gathered to celebrate the season. The event featured a unique twist with Advent calendars and a decorated Christmas forest.

The school invited parents to join the celebration, creating a lively atmosphere. Each student received a school-owned Advent calendar, containing 24 surprises accessed via QR codes. The calendars added an interactive element to the traditional countdown to Christmas.

The event saw students donning Christmas hats and singing around the school's Christmas tree. The joyous occasion was further enhanced by Christmas music played over loudspeakers at the start of each lesson during Advent. Headmaster Andreas Wiedemann expressed his delight at the event, highlighting the school's commitment to fostering a festive spirit.

Adding to the festivity, each of the 29 classes was accompanied by musicians. Among them was clarinet player Hendrik Hauschild, who participated for the first time in the Christmas singing event. Despite the unnamed clarinet player's first-time participation, their contribution was warmly welcomed.

Eißendorfer Elementary School's Christmas celebration was a resounding success, bringing together students, parents, and musicians. The event, featuring Advent calendars, caroling, and a decorated Christmas forest, set the perfect tone for the holiday season. The school's efforts in creating a festive atmosphere were evident and greatly appreciated by all involved.
