The support crew behind the Cross Gate cordially invites you to join their monthly tours. Gather your friends or family, and mark your calendars for the upcoming tours on Saturday, March 22, followed by April 26 and May 24, starting at 11 am.
During these tours, you'll delve into the history of the fortress, its role as a city gate, its current use, and the captivating connection between Kaiser Napoleon and King Ludwig II, traced through the half-moon adorning the tower. The best part? These tours are entirely free and don't require any registration!

Did you know? The exhibition "From home to home" by the talented Armenian artist, Gayane Mamreyan, is open for viewing at the Cross Gate until Sunday, March 23. Exhibition hours: daily until Friday, 12 to 15 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 12 to 16 pm.
Established in 2003, the Support Association has tirelessly worked since 2004 to maintain and enhance Ingolstadt's iconic Cross Gate. They've sunk around 180,000 euros into the interior restoration of the gate, made possible by their members' selfless work, donations, and sponsor contributions.
