Marco Polo Vacation Program for Children: A Journey of Discovery and Fun

The Marco Polo Vacation Program for children, running from August 4th to 22nd, offers an exciting and educational holiday experience for young explorers. This family-friendly program, set within the broad vacation setting of Musenhof, promises a week filled with supervised children's activities, sports, outdoor play, and special events.

The program is divided into three weekly themes, each focusing on a different aspect of Marco Polo's journey. The first week, "Of the Wonders of the World", explores exotic spices, foreign scents, and secrets from distant lands. Children will have the opportunity to create a small herb garden, make their own paper, and cook Marco's favorite pasta.

The second week, "Of the Adventures of the World", is dedicated to Marco Polo's travels. Children will design travel diaries, draw their own maps, and learn how to build a compass or a water filter. This week is sure to ignite a sense of adventure and curiosity in the young minds.

The third week, "Of the Tales of 1001 Nights", features stories from Ali Baba, Sindbad, and Aladdin, which Marco Polo is said to have heard from the Persian princess Scheherazade. The week culminates in a captivating performance where carpets fly on the Musenhof stage.

The program runs daily, from Monday to Friday, with two time slots: 10 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm. Each time slot can accommodate up to 40 children. However, due to the limited number of spots, no guarantee of a place can be given. If the limit of 40 children is reached, admission for that period will be closed.

The afternoon time slot (3 pm to 6 pm) is less frequented, offering a more relaxed and less crowded environment for the young explorers.

In addition to the structured activities, the program provides supervised kids’ entertainment areas and activities encouraging physical activity and fun. Family-friendly environments combine relaxation for adults with energetic experiences for children. Special celebrations like birthday parties tailored for kids are also part of the program.

Children will also have access to pools and nature-based activities, facilitating active and social engagement. The program is integrated within a broad vacation setting offering pools, beach access, cultural experiences, and dining options suitable for families.

Whether your child is a budding explorer, a curious mind, or a little adventurer, the Marco Polo Vacation Program for children promises an unforgettable holiday experience filled with fun, learning, and adventure. So, pack your bags and join us on this exciting journey!
