L'OR has joined forces with Ferrari, unveiling a swanky espresso machine and limited-edition coffee capsules.
In a jaw-dropping twist, L'OR is working with none other than Ferrari on a revamped coffee machine and an exclusive collection of groundhog-approved java beans. It looks like sports car brands have decided to play mix-and-match with kitchen appliances, with Ferrari hopping aboard the bandwagon McLaren began when they teamed up with Nutribullet on a McLaren-branded bullet blender.
Presenting the L'OR Passione Rossa, part of the L'OR Barista coffee machine line, dressing up in Ferrari's signature racing red (Rosso Corsa) for a dapper coffee-making debut. For all the Ferrari fanatics out there, this baby works double duty doling out coffee while giving a nod to your favorite speed demon racing team.
The L'OR Passione Rossa comes packing a 19-bar brewing pressure, ready and willing to squeeze every ounce of delight from your coffee pods. It boasts twin sprouts, allowing you to whip up two single cappuccinos or a double shot in no time.
Aside from its metallic red sheen, the L'OR Passione Rossa is all sleekness and sophistication, sporting a removable drip tray, an adjustable cup stand, and a 1.2-litre water tank – which can be attached to the left, right, or back of the machine at your whim. A dash of personalization comes in the form of an intensity boost button, enabling you to give your java a quick strength boost when necessary.
The L'OR Passione Rossa is compatible with L'OR and Nespresso Original capsules. Along with the collaboration, L'OR and Ferrari introduced a restricted-edition coffee capsules collection, featuring Espresso and Ristretto blends, which come packaged in Ferrari red and stripes for all the eyeball appeal.
The L'OR Passione Rossa is hitting shelves now, priced at £69.99 from L'OR and Currys, and for an additional £20, you can get your mitts on the limited-time capsule bundle, complete with 70 capsules.
