Infratech Outdoor Heating Systems Now Controlled Smarter Through Bond Technology
In a move to streamline indoor heating management, Infratech has unveiled its new Smart Wall Switch and Smart Wall Dimmer. These devices, designed to offer advanced features and benefits, are set to make a splash at the 2025 CEDIA Expo, booth #C723.
The Smart Switch and Dimmer, with their compact designs, are suitable for indoor surface mount or flush mount installations, including an optional access door for flush mount (indoor use only), which simplifies setup in most home environments.
These WiFi-enabled devices connect your Infratech heater system to your home WiFi, enabling remote control via smartphone apps. This integration allows for hands-free operation and convenient heater management from anywhere.
Moreover, the Enhanced Timer Package, which includes the Smart Switch and optionally a digital timer, provides advanced scheduling capabilities to precisely control heating times for comfort and energy efficiency.
The devices also facilitate easy, automated control of heating with minimal manual intervention, contributing to user comfort.
While the Infratech Smart Wall Switch or Dimmer does not natively integrate with the Bond outdoor platform based on available information, integration might be possible using compatible smart home systems or hubs to centralize outdoor and indoor device management.
The Infratech Smart Wall Switch (Part# 15-1725) and Smart Dimmer (Part# 15-1720) are available through certified Infratech distributors. Users can control the heaters on and off, adjust heat levels, and set an automatic timer for energy savings and safety via the App or physical Switch/Dimmer.
The native integration with Infratech heaters is based on the incorporation of the two new Smart by Bond switches, with no bridge required. These devices feature Smart by Bond with built-in Wi-Fi technology for smart control over Infratech outdoor heating systems.
In a joint announcement by Bond and Infratech, the new devices are also compatible with many popular brands of RF-controlled motors, automation, and virtual assistant platforms. Furthermore, the devices integrate with virtual assistant applications like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for voice control.
