Martha Stewart Becomes Kohler's First-Ever Cast Iron Ambassador

Martha Stewart, the renowned home and lifestyle mogul, has been appointed as the first-ever Cast Iron Ambassador for the prestigious kitchen and bath company, Kohler. In this pioneering role, she will collaborate with the company throughout 2025 and 2026, showcasing the enduring design, craftsmanship, and versatility of Kohler’s enameled cast iron collection.

The campaign imagery for this collaboration was shot by renowned interiors photographer Douglas Friedman at Martha Stewart's own Bedford, New York stables. The imagery features a mint-green clawfoot tub surrounded by four glossy Friesian horses, with Stewart dressed in knee-high riding boots.

Stewart's promotional activities include original content pieces and event appearances, notably headlining the Kohler Food & Wine Festival in October 2025 in Kohler, Wisconsin. This food and wine event, taking place between 16 and 19 October, is an opportunity for attendees to potentially meet Stewart and witness her unique perspective on Kohler's elegant cast iron offerings, spanning bathtubs, shower bases, and sinks.

Kohler's offerings, including farmhouse sinks and claw-foot bathtubs, are made with at least 80% recycled materials and boast a Limited Lifetime Warranty. By emphasizing its heritage, sustainability, and timeless quality, Kohler aims to reinforce its reputation as a category leader in this material.

Stewart, who has grown her home and lifestyle business into a multi-billion-dollar enterprise, has expressed her long-standing support for enameled cast iron, using it throughout her properties and kitchens. Her distinctive perspective and longstanding passion for enameled cast iron aim to raise awareness of cast iron’s aesthetic and functional benefits.

According to David Kohler, Kohler's chair and CEO, Stewart is the perfect partner for Kohler to celebrate the extraordinary character of Kohler Cast Iron. Her presence at the Kohler Food & Wine Festival adds to the event's appeal and underscores her association with Kohler.

In this collaboration, Stewart will collaborate with Kohler to demonstrate the craftsmanship, durability, and classic style of Kohler's enameled cast iron collection. Through her distinctive perspective and longstanding passion for enameled cast iron, Stewart aims to reinforce Kohler’s reputation as a category leader in this material.

John Michael Kohler, a pioneer in his own right, transformed a cast iron horse trough into an enamel bathtub in 1883, marking the beginning of Kohler's journey with cast iron. Today, Kohler remains one of the most important kitchen and bath companies in the world, and with Stewart's partnership, they continue to push the boundaries of design and sustainability.

Martha Stewart's collaboration with Kohler extends beyond the kitchen, as she showcases the timeless beauty of their enameled cast iron collection in the fashion-and-beauty sector, donning knee-high riding boots in campaign imagery. With Stewart's involvement, Kohler's home-and-garden offerings, such as farmhouse sinks and claw-foot bathtubs, made with up to 80% recycled materials, will become not only functional necessities but also stylish focal points in one's lifestyle.
