The successful bidder should carry out a land inventory and assessment, conduct engineering surveys, and finally, develop a concept for the renovation – including functional zoning, landscaping, lighting, and placing small-scale amenities.
Unfortunately, Kransnoyarsk city dwellers may not get to enjoy the revamped riverbank during the peak of this summer's short vacation season as the work is set to finish by August 30.
