The Ha Noi Urban Technical Infrastructure Management Centre will oversee the implementation, supervision, and finalization of the entire process in accordance with regulations [4]. The types of trees being relocated include one crape myrtle, five milkwood pines, seven resin trees (Dipterocarpus alatus), and six black star trees [2]. Five trees will be cut down due to their condition, including one black star tree and four African mahoganies with twisted trunks, exposed roots, or ageing signs [1].
Deputy Prime Minister Mai Văn Chính assigned Hà Nội to take the lead in site clearance, renovation, and expansion of Ba Đình Square for the parade in a directive sent in mid-June for event preparations [5].
