Spring ensemble featuring a combination of ten pieces, identified as outfit number one.

In today's post, we're excited to share our first outfit for the Spring 10x10 Remix Challenge, a fun and sustainable fashion initiative that we're joining forces with our blogging pal, Lee of Style Bee, and Marion Rink. The goal is to create 10 outfits using just 10 pieces of clothing over 10 days.

Our day begins with a mix of gym time, working from home, and running errands, followed by a dinner outing with Aaron. The weather, mild and ranging from 60's to 70's, makes our chosen outfit suitable for the day.

The outfit features a short sleeve dress from Madwell, a neutral-toned sheath dress that does not wrinkle, making it comfortable for various settings, including at home and out for drinks. We've paired it with a cardigan by Cuyana, a versatile piece that adds extra length to the dress, which we find appealing.

We've chosen to match our bag and shoes, a style trick we find helps pull a look together, especially with minimal pieces. Our ankle booties are similar to old Sam Edelman boots, providing both style and comfort. Interestingly, the bag worn in the outfit was gifted by ONA.

In the spirit of the challenge, we've opted to not wear any accessories with this outfit, keeping the focus on the core pieces. But fear not, we'll be sharing more outfit ideas as the challenge progresses!

We invite you to join us in this exciting challenge and share your first outfit on IG with the tag #spring10x10. Don't forget to visit Lee's blog to see her outfit for the day. Remember, it's not just about the challenge, but also about the community around it. We can't wait to see your creations!
